Why Katee Sackhoff?
Well, first of all, yes, she is hot like a hot thing. We're shallow; we'll admit it.
But in addition to that, she is a terrifically talented and versatile actress. We think she's one of the very best young actresses around, in fact. She's funny as hell, as anyone who's ever read or heard an interview with her can tell you. And she's very gracious and friendly with her fans; she doesn't seem to be letting fame and fortune change her at all.
So, all in all, we like her a lot, and we think it's a shame she hasn't got a web site. So here we are.

The marvelous HDTV screencaps, identifiable by names ending in "_Ar", were made by Ariane, aka ariane179254 on livejournal, who has a website of her own here with all sorts of similarly cool things. Her HDTV caps appear here with her permission.
The Collectormania G-Mex 1 photos named "Katee007 – Katee017" were taken by Samantha Hughes, aka honeyfitz on livejournal, and appear here with her permisson.
The photos named "2004_KS_1 – 2004_KS_15" on the BSG/Others galleries were taken by Thornton and are used by his permission. They can also be found on his website here, along with lots of other cool stuff about Starbase 21.
The photos named "DSC1335 – DSC1340", "DSC1361", and "DSC1363 – DSC1365" on the BSG/Others galleries were taken by Joe Fusco and are used with his permission. They can be found on his website, along with many other excellent science-fiction-related photographs from various conventions.
Most of the screencaps are by Kate Ebneter except as noted above. We may have stolen a few from elsewhere, however.
The very high resolution promo photos from SciFi were, almost without exception, provided by drewcypher at Livejournal. Many others were taken from the fine folks at Dark Thoughts, who have a wonderful site with tons of great pictures and other stuff.
The WireImage video from the Peabody Awards was originally posted at http://www.katee-sackhoff.org. The pictures here and here named CB001 – CB006, and the pictures here named FV001 – FV008 were originally posted at that site as well, as were various others on this site.
The videos of Katee at Starbase Indy were originally posted on YouTube by galacticafan2006, and are reposted here by permission.
The pictures from the Grand Slam SciFi Summit with the "Popdecay" logo on them were taken by Desiree Washington of Popdecay and are used here with her permission. Please don't take these pictures for other sites!
There are some other pictures from the Grand Slam SciFi Summit that were taken by Jim Quon, aka "scarbuck" on SciFi.com's bulletin boards. We have to go back and figure out which ones they are! (Our brain works in strange ways.)
Many of the pictures from Vulkon's Ladies of Sci-Fi convention were taken by Ian Kennedy, who has also contributed some video from that event. He's the handsome fellow with Katee in this picture.
Many of the pictures in the galleries were gathered without attention to where they came from as we had no intention, at the time, of doing anything this crazy. If you know the origin of any uncredited pictures, please contact us and we'll make sure credit is given where due.

Obligatory comments on the website:
Frankly, the site looks like crap in Internet Explorer because of its somewhat iffy support for CSS. If you're using IE, do yourself a favor and use Safari (on the Macintosh), Opera, or Firefox. Or even Netscape. You'll thank us for lots of reasons.
The cool button effects in the menus are adapted from an article on the Web Page Design for Designers website.
